They do. Because fanon very much believes that Reyes has a father/son relationship with McCree (even though we have no proof of that), and Jesse was 17 when McCree joined Overwatch, they believe that any relationship between them is automatically either incest or pedophilic, likely both. The fact that there’s no proof of them having that type of relationship, or every having had a relationship (let alone one before Jesse was over 18), means nothing to them.
