Hey guys, sorry about the wait! But here’s the prompts reveal!

We decided that rather than going with a single prompt for each day, that we’d have two you could choose between, but that could also work together in a single piece if you wanted to combine them. Let us know what you guys think!

And now on to an explanation for each day! If anything doesn’t make sense, or you want a better explanation or more of an example please let me know.

Day 1: Firsts//Lasts
Easy enough, the first day is about first and/or lasts. You can choose to go as sweet or angsty as you want with the prompts, but here are some ideas to help you along. Firsts can be doing anything for the first time, the first meeting, the first kiss, the first time doing an activity together, or if you want to go the angst route then you can do something like the first big fight, or the first time one of them is critically injured. Lasts can be sad a lot of the time, the last goodbye, the last I love you, the smile but they don’t have to be and you can choose to interpret the prompt in a happier way like the last goodbye (because they’re together now!), or the last fear (because they’re safe). It’s up to you to choose how you want to go about it 

Day 2: Demon//Human
This prompt is a chance to explore both of their lives,and how they now fit in to their relationship. Does Kagome choose to live like the wolf demon tribe? Or does Koga decide to try a live a ‘human’ life to make her more comfortable? Is there some kind of compromise? It’s also a chance for you to be able to explore how different human and demon lives are, and how each of them would respond to a situation in their own way and how their relationship would be looked upon by outsiders. If you’re like me and love making fanbabies, you could also explore the idea of having a child that’s neither human nor demon, and how that effects their lives and makes things a little different. 

Day 3: Separation//Devotion
How do the couple react to being separated? And why are they separate? Is it a bittersweet moment where they’re waiting for the other to return and missing them? Or a more painful situation where they’ve gone their own ways? You get to decide how you want to interpret it and what kind of situation they’re in. Devotion can be merged with separation to show how even though they’re apart, they’re the only ones for each other or you can choose to make it it’s own prompt and show kogkag as the mushy couple of your dreams and show just how much they love each other.  

Day 4: Past//Future
You can interpret this prompt in two ways. You can choose to show the past and//or future of the relationship, focusing on either the early days of them being in love or a time in the future where they’ve been together for a while and are a happy family (or if you like angst, a time where kagome has grown old/passed and Koga’s reaction to it.) However if that doesn’t float your boat, you can instead base the prompt in the literal past or future, the feudal era or modern times. Want to see Kagome in the past with the wolf boys and the inu crew? All good. Koga in the future adjusting to our times and meeting the Higurashi family? Nice

Day 5: Tender//Tough
This day’s a little more ambiguous, but a way you could interpret it is as the couple mushy moments, or fights they have. You could also decide to just base it around the way either of them are gentle with the other, or how they can be super tough when it comes to protecting their loved ones. (Kagome is a bamf ok I want to see her going full mama bear mode or something can you imagine)

Day 6: Holidays//Celebrations
Even though the week is at the start of October, it’s still Halloween month, and what better way to celebrate that than to have a holidays and celebrations day? You want kogkag celebrating Halloween and dressing up? Exchanging presents for Christmas or birthdays? Vising a shrine for new years? Celebrating something exclusive to your country/ethnicity? This is your day

Day 7: AU//Free day
Pretty self explanatory, you can either choose to create an AU piece, or something you had an idea for that didn’t really fit in to any of the other days. AUs can range from things such as completely different universes (like Beauty and the Beast, Spirited Away, Pokemon), the same universe but where everyone has different roles (Detectives, Flower Shop, species-swap), or just a few changes to the canon universe (Kagome meets the wolf pack first, Koga is there for the final battle). You don’t need to make a grand change for an AU, or try to limit yourself either, have fun with it!
